Data Destruction
There are special ways and methods to dispose unwanted equipment or
various kinds of media to prevent leakage of important documents.

Our model of data disposition is to dispose storage mediums
on-site in the presence of client.
Particularly, Hard-disk destruction is the major work, But if you want
to reuse the media, we recommend to do data erasing than data
disposal.
To make the media unrecoverable, data erasing must pass through
procedure that requires more time. Customers still prefer physical
data storage destruction due to worries of leakage or recovery of
information.
Recent related laws for waste disposal are consistently enforced.
In disposing electric and electronic waste, one must dispose them to a
permitted company. There are existing laws that can subject one to
punishments if violated. Receive a certificate of destruction and for
data destruction after disposing the waste. Only permitted companies
can issue certifications. These documents may help you to prepare for
the environment or security inspections.

Legal Basis
「Waste Control Act」 wastes control act under article 25 clause 3 same
as enforcement regulation article 28 clause 6 permitted waste disposal
(approved # 2012-018) / Collection and transport of waste.
「Basic Guideline from National Information Security」 Article 39
clause 3 regulation, functions and details on disposal procedure for
erasing and disposing of the recorded data in storage medium are
regulated.
